Sunflower oil

Sunflower oil is extracted from the seeds of sunflowers. This oil contains high quantities of unsaturated fatty acids and is resistant to heat and can therefore also be used as a frying oil. Sunflower oil contains linoleic acid, which can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Sunflower oil is also rich in omega 6 fatty acids. It is a clear, golden yellow oil, with a mild flavour. Sunflower oil is used in (among other others) biscuits, sauces, margarine, deep-fried foods and snacks. In addition to conventional sunflower oil, we also offer organic sunflower oil.
