In a refined form, high oleic sunflower oil is used for various industrial purposes, including in the crisps, biscuits and snack industries. The high oleic sunflower oil contains at least 82% oleic acid. HFI uses this high-quality oil in several frying oils. Due to its shelf life, this oil is also often used in the cosmetics industry. It is also commonly used in bakeries, in filled waffles, biscuits, candles, industrial ice cream, deep-fried products and snacks. In addition to conventional high oleic sunflower oil, we also offer organic high oleic sunflower oil.
